BOOKING & PAYMENT
All reservations are handled exclusively via WhatsApp to ensure a more personal and efficient service. Simply contact our reservation team through WhatsApp, and we will assist you with availability, rates, villa details, and any special requests you may have. Once the details are confirmed, we will guide you through the booking and payment process. This approach allows us to provide faster responses and customized arrangements for each guest.
Our cancellation policy depends on the booking period, rate type, and season. Cancellation terms will be clearly explained during the reservation process via WhatsApp before your booking is confirmed. Free cancellation may be available for certain bookings if canceled within the specified period, while cancellations made closer to the arrival date may be subject to a cancellation fee. Peak seasons and special offers may have stricter policies. We encourage guests to review the cancellation terms carefully before confirming their reservation.
CHECKIN & FACILITIES
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged upon request via WhatsApp, subject to availability and additional charges. If you arrive earlier, we will be happy to store your luggage and invite you to relax while your villa is being prepared.
Breakfast availability depends on your selected booking arrangement. Some rates include daily breakfast, while others are room-only. Breakfast can also be arranged upon request at an additional cost. Guests may choose to enjoy breakfast served in the villa or request special experiences such as a floating breakfast, subject to availability. Please inform our team via WhatsApp if you would like to add this service.
Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa and all common areas. Our internet connection is suitable for video calls, streaming, and remote working, making it ideal for both short stays and long-term guests. Wi-Fi details will be provided upon check-in.
LOCATION & SERVICES
Yes, we offer private airport transfer services for your convenience. Airport transfers can be arranged in advance via WhatsApp at an additional cost. Our professional driver will greet you upon arrival and ensure a smooth and comfortable journey to the villa. Please share your flight details with us prior to arrival so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Yes, we can arrange a private in-villa dining experience with a personal chef upon request. Our chefs can prepare a selection of Indonesian and international cuisines, tailored to your preferences and dietary requirements. This service is ideal for intimate dinners, celebrations, or a relaxing evening in the comfort of your villa. Advance notice is required to ensure availability.
