Located right behind the famous “Eat Street” in the heart of Seminyak, our spacious 125 sqm apartment offers all the comforts needed for an extended stay. Enjoy a 10-minute walk to renowned restaurants, boutiques, and supermarkets, or a 15-minute stroll to the beach. The unit features two full bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, plus a maid’s room with a half-bath. The kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking, and a large balcony overlooks a stunning swimming pool, complete with sun loungers and a jacuzzi (unheated).

The Space

Location is everything! Our apartment is one of only six units in a very quiet and exclusive complex. Being just minutes away from Seminyak’s Eat Street, you have easy access to world-class dining, shopping, art galleries, and spas. The 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom layout is generously sized with distinct areas for the kitchen, dining, and living room. The maid’s room can serve as a small extra bedroom or additional storage (available upon request for an extra fee). The half-bath is also plumbed to accommodate a washing machine if you choose to bring one.

Guest access

Situated on a quiet, private dead-end lane, the property is easily accessible by scooter or compact cars (please confirm car model in advance). 24-hour staff ensures your privacy and safety. A shared lobby and elevator lead you to the third floor, where there are only two units per level. Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment, with shared access to the garage, pool, jacuzzi, lounge, party room, and garden areas.

The full kitchen is ready for your gourmet meal prep. High-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV are included.

• Weekly/Monthly Rentals: Includes cleaning and linen change once per week.

• Additional Services: Extra cleaning is available at IDR 50,000/day. Two gallons of drinking water are provided weekly, with more available for delivery upon request.
