Immerse yourself in the sounds of nature at our unique seaside villa. Perched on a hill with panoramic ocean views and lush rice paddies in between, our villa offers everything you need for a luxurious and memorable getaway. Designed for long-term stays, the villa features a fully equipped kitchen with ample storage, an oven, and a dishwasher. Enjoy our well-equipped gym, large swimming pool with a Jacuzzi, BBQ area, and outdoor lounge. One of Bali’s best beaches is just a 5-minute walk away, stretching uninterrupted for miles in both directions.

The Space

First Floor: The interior flows seamlessly from the kitchen and dining area to a spacious living room featuring a 65” TV and a guest powder room. This floor also hosts a large king bedroom with ocean views, a window seat, a massive walk-in wardrobe, and a semi-open bathroom with a dedicated massage table. At the rear, you will find a private, fenced backyard with a manicured lawn.

Second Floor: The upper level opens into a grand, high-ceilinged family room with a massive 70” TV and a wrap-around reclining sofa. It includes a kitchenette and a dedicated office nook with a comfortable desk and chair. The expansive Master Bedroom, complete with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom, is located here. A third large king bedroom offers equally elegant finishes and a second massage table—this room boasts the most breathtaking ocean views in the villa.

Additional Pavilion: The second floor also features a teak wood yoga pavilion and access to a private fourth bedroom with a covered outdoor bathroom. With its own veranda, rich wooden interiors, and soaring ceilings, this space offers complete tranquility.

Guest access

Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire villa, except for the garden, pantry, staff quarters, and storage rooms. This will not interfere with your stay, as most of these areas are located outside the main villa structure.

Other things to note

We have two resident dogs on the property to provide security and peace of mind, allowing guests to leave the villa unattended. The dogs are kept in a separate, fenced garden area and are not permitted inside the villa living spaces. Our staff handles all their needs. If you prefer not to have dogs nearby, please let us know; our manager can discuss alternative arrangements with you upon arrival.
